Personal training is designed to help you reach your goals through one-on-one attention. You will be set up on an exercise program suited to your goals, health and exercise history, schedule and personal preferences. We want to get you started you on a program, provide training and motivation, and teach you to be an independent exerciser.
Our instructors have years of experience in health and fitness. They can customize your work out to start you on your way to achieving your goals.
Marliene Triplett, Certified Personal Trainer
Marliene began strength and weight training about 20 years ago. When she was 61, she entered her first bodybuilding show, the Mr. and Mrs. Fremont Championship. She won! Two months later she entered a “Totally Natural National Invitational” and placed first in the Grand Masters Women.
Marliene who is about to turn 70 in November, has made it a priority to help others achieve their goals. She has trained with Jeff Bryan of One on One Fitness and physical therapist Gary Lindhal who is a master instructor of super-slow exercise.
